Update on insomnia: I've slept soundly for two nights in a row without anything! Next week I'm going to actually try to wake up at 4:40 to come in and start opening again. Yesterday... Yesterday the lady that did the arrangements for the funeral came in to bring something by and we had the best conversation. It's wierd because I think so many people try to avoid talking about death and when they do it's always in a very somber mood but since she deals with death on a daily basis it was a natural topic of conversation for her. There are times that talking about Levi makes me sad but generally I'm ok with things. We talked about how big he was- a chunker at 7 lbs 8 oz- and how much he looked like Tommy with his curls and lips (she didn't know what big cheeks Tommy had as a baby). We talked about how hard it will be when I get pregnant again since he was so far along- 37 weeks- and how she was going to have a hard time with pregnancy and infancy since she'...
This is all about my life after my son was stillborn January 14, 2008. Levi was 7 lbs 8 oz with big fat cheeks and 10 perfect toes and 10 perfect fingers but was born with no life in his tiny body. My life has changed, my faith has changed and my relationships with everyone around me have changed. This is my perspective of the changes and my reflections on them.
